We (Husband and wife) are looking a Paying guest (a Female job holder or a female student only) from August and onward for staying in a separated room which is located on the opposite site of Titumir college, Mohakhali. It is on 4th floor and south side.

Conditions: She would have to be sacrificing tendency as family member and well mannered with friendly attitude to compensate with our Family members!
Rent : 8,000 BDT/month
Rent Includes -
1) Separate room ( Well furnished Including bed sheet and others)
2) Free Electricity
3) Free Gas Bill
4) Free Wifi bill,
5) Free Water bill,
6) Free Meals facility (as per our ability)
7) Muslim girl/women.
Note: Need to bring her parents with NID card and Complete Bio data with reference.
